Refund Policy :
Zeno Music will always be ready to help you fix any issue if u have with your file delivery , we will cooperate with the client till the client gets his digital download. If the client didn’t receive the the files as descripted then he/she need to contact Zeno Music immediately during the period of 7 days .
If Zeno Music can not fix this issue then we give a full refund and we will cancel the license .
Delivery Policy:
After purchasing the item from zenomusic.ro the client will recieve the files automaticly on his email he used for purchase. If anytime the client doesnt recieve the files for any reasen (email filters), they can contact on info@zenomusic.ro and we will send the files manualy.
